In order to guarantee the safety and health of all pets, we have set the following guidelines which apply to all clients and their pets:

 

“The First Step” – Initial Meet and Greet Orientation Visit

In order to best serve your needs and the special needs of your pet(s), we first schedule a date and time most suitable to your schedule to come to your home for a free meet and greet visit or if it is for daycare or boarding then for you and your pet to come to us. We do not charge for this visit it is completely free and you have no further obligation to use our services but we believe you will want to after our meeting.

The reason for this meeting is for you to meet us and in addition, it is very important for us to be introduced to your pet and allow him or her to become familiar and comfortable with us in their home or in ours in the case of boarding or daycare.

 

 

Key Pick up/Drop off:
Price: $7
You can avoid this charge by allowing us to store your keys for you. This will also facilitate our
being available when you need and you won’t have to worry about our getting your keys. For
new Clients, would you please have a key available to give at the Meet & Greet orientation visit.

 

Privacy

We will not disclose to any third party any of our client’s personal information including the client’s name, phone number, address, email, or pets information, without the expressed consent of the client.

We also respect the privacy of a client’s home and will restrict our activities to only the areas we need to access in order to take care of your pet ( for instance if the litter box is in the basement) or if requested to check on the home during your absence and make sure that everything is as it should be.

 

Payment

Payments for any and all services are due at the time service is rendered. Personal checks from local banks as well as cash and email transfers are accepted.

 

Holidays

We adhere to the schedule of holidays used by the federal government including long weekends, holidays and march break. All services provided on these days will be charged at the after hour, Weekends or Holidays rates.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a visit please do so as early as possible. You will be charged 50% of the visit cost if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
